Account Deletion Request

To delete your account, please contact our support team by email. There is currently no option to delete your account directly within the app or on the website.

1. Write an Email: Open your email app and start a new message.
2. To: Send the email to rossietriolo@gmail.com.
3. Subject Line: Use “Account Deletion Request” as the subject.
4. Message Body: Include your username or any other account information that helps us identify your account.

After we receive your request, our team will process it and email you a confirmation once the deletion is complete. Please allow a few business days for us to finish the process.

Note: After your account is deleted, your data will be kept for 90 days for security and recovery reasons.
